A full range of swim lessons for children and adults, classes and open swim hours mean that you can incorporate a number of water activities into your family's health and fitness plan. In addition to our two primary pools, we offer a whirlpool and a Jacuzzi in each locker room.
Please note: Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center’s pool will be closed for annual maintenance from Monday, August 21 through Sunday, September 3, 2017 and reopen on Monday, September 4, 2017. You are welcome to use the Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center’s facilities during this time for no additional cost. Thank you for your patience as we improve the aquatics facilities for our members.

Join us for a special class designed to increase your swimming speed and improve overall endurance. You will be coached on proper technique and receive challenging workouts.
Registration begins Wednesday, February 15, 2017. Space is limited.

In addition to Aqua Group Exercise classes, Children's Swim Lessons and Adult Swim Lessons, specially reserved open pool hours throughout the week will ensure that you and your family get your laps in.
Open pool hours for adults are reserved from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday each week.
When lanes are open, the lap pool is available to children of all ages who are capable of lap swimming and want to build their endurance. Skill development, playing and splashing must be reserved for supervised swim times only. A parent must be in the water with children under the age of 10, or remain in the natatorium with children ages 11 to 15, at all times.

All ages are welcome to enjoy swimming and playing in the lap pool during supervised swim when a certified lifeguard will be on duty. A parent must be in the pool with children under the age of 10. Children ages 11 and 12 must be accompanied by a parent in the natatorium. Children ages 13 to 15 do not need adult supervision; however, a parent must remain inside the building at all times. Swim diapers are required for all children in diapers or not fully potty-trained. Use of the Warm Water Therapy Pool is reserved for adults age 18 and older.

Please be advised that our Physical Therapy team utilizes the therapy pool in Lindenhurst from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday and from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The pool is available for member usage during these hours. Please check the Group Exercise schedule for all class listings.
