With more than 80 pieces of cardiovascular and strength equipment, plus a wide variety of resistance equipment, you will be able to complete your workout at Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center without having to wait for machines. Our nationally certified trainers are also available to provide instruction on the proper use of our equipment to support your personal fitness goals.
