Our diverse menu of cutting-edge classes offers a great workout for all ages and fitness levels. If you prefer burning calories in the water, check out our lineup of aqua classes. Try our arthritis classes in the Warm Water Therapy Pool to help you maintain mobility and increase strength.

More than 80 classes are available throughout the week, and all are included with your membership. Classes are led by our qualified, certified group exercise instructors who are some of the best in the industry.
