If you are looking to stay in shape over the holidays—or just want more variety in your workout—sign up for the Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center Holiday Fitness Challenge this December.
Push yourself with five or six new cardio, strength and core activities each week organized in three tiers of difficulty. Simply complete the challenges posted at the front desk each week and track your progress against other participants. And if you complete one tier before the end of the program, challenge yourself to finish another!
After the program concludes, all participants who have completed the three-week program will be entered in a drawing for a club cash prize.
