The four lane, 25-yard lap pool at Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center is available to members of all ages for swim lessons, aqua classes, lap workouts or a refreshing post-workout swim. A full range of classes and open swim hours mean that you can include lap swimming before or after your workout, or incorporate swimming as part of a cross-training routine.

Lap Swimming
 

With four lanes, lap swimming is available throughout the day. The exception to this is while aquatic classes and other programs are occurring. For more information about our lap swimming, check out our open pool hours, Group Exercise schedule and/or review our Pool Etiquette & Guidelines.
 

Water Workout Tips
 

  • Water shoes are recommended for aqua class.
  • Don’t forget your plastic water bottle! It is very important to stay hydrated during your workout.
  • Please shower before entering the pool.
  • The eastern-most lane line will not be included in a class unless there are a minimum of 10 participants. When not utilized for a class, the lane will remain available to lap swimmers.
  • We require promptness for all classes.
