Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center offers both group and individual nutrition counseling programs. All services are provided by registered dietitians/nutritionists from Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital. Individual counseling services are offered by appointment only. Group programs are offered at various times throughout the year.

  • Two 30-minute follow-up consultations

Total Results Package

Combine nutrition with personal training. Receive a special rate off the Jump Start package when purchasing nutrition with five or more personal training sessions.

Commitment Package

Work with a dietitian for eight sessions and track your progress with food logs and meal plans.
