Our Personal Training program offers a wide variety of approaches to fitness and health, individualized to meet your needs. We place a strong emphasis on goal-setting to achieve measurable results in a timely fashion. In addition, our highly trained and versatile personal trainers will motivate you with positive encouragement and specific feedback to guide you safely and effectively toward your fitness goals.

Personal trainers are available for 30-, 45-, and 60-minute individual or small group sessions. Reward yourself with a training experience that will enhance your workouts and help you achieve your personal best! Meet our personal trainers to find the right one for you.

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
  • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
