Pedaling for Parkinson’s — Recent studies show that stationary bicycle pedaling therapy at a high steady cadence can significantly reduce the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and improve motor function. Learn more about Pedaling for Parkinson's.

Spin — An indoor cycling workout in a group setting. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to set up your bike. Sign-up is required for all Spin classes at the fitness desk no more than 60 minutes in advance. Staff, family and friends may not sign up another person for class. Water bottles and heart rate monitors are recommended; monitors available for purchase in the Pro Shop.

Spin & Core — 45 minutes of indoor cycling followed by 15 minutes of core exercise to tone and tighten the abdominal and back muscles.

Spin 45 Minute Express — A 45-minute version of our popular Spin class.
