Summer Fitness Challenge

June 18 to July 15, 2018

This summer the Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center is offering a 4-week program focused on strength training exercises.

Program Details:

  • Multiple activity levels so everyone can participate!
  • Weekly workouts for you to complete on your own.
  • Fitness Staff will answer any questions you have about an exercise or workout.
  • Everyone who registers will receive a free gift at the end of the program!

This program will provide the workouts for you, help supplement or add to your current plan, and also allow you to challenge yourself and see your progress.
