Looking for a new approach to your workout? Interested in meeting new people, or getting expert fitness training with some of your friends? Team Training may be exactly what you need to take your fitness to the next level!

Team Training is an eight-week, high-intensity team workout with the Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center certified personal trainer of your choice. Combining individualized attention with the energy of a group, this program can help you meet your sports conditioning, weight loss and total body conditioning goals.

Members must sign up for the entire eight weeks to guarantee a spot in team training.

All sessions must be paid for on or before the day of training. No refunds, cancellations or proration. Drop-ins are welcome if space is available.
