Girls Youth Wellness — For ages eight to 12, this program consists of weekly group sessions for eight weeks. Girls will work in a small group setting with other girls their age, led by a fitness specialist. Sessions focus on fun and energetic group activities such as yoga, Pilates and Zumba. Pedaling for Parkinson's — Recent studies show that stationary bicycle pedaling therapy at a high steady cadence can significantly reduce the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and improve motor function. Learn more about our Pedaling for Parkinson's program.

Prenatal Yoga — This multi-level Pilates Mat class explores a multitude of exercises to help strengthen your core and improve muscle endurance. Emphasis is placed on improving stability and support in all area muscle groups. Appropriate modifications will be made for our pre and postnatal students.

Survive Strong — Survive Strong is Lake County's only program to reduce and prevent cancer-related fatigue. An initial evaluation, twice-weekly group exercise programs and dietary information from our registered dietitian will help improve the quality of life for oncology patients.
