Our newest youth class at Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center is structured to help kids looking to become more active or to assist with conditioning and strength for sports. Perfect for kids ages seven and up.
Youth Exercise and Conditioning will restart the first Week of April with an 8 week session. We are working on adding at least one more class option per week, and making additions to the current format of the class. Look for a schedule in the middle/end of March.
